Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis
PRESS RELEASE
On 01/16/2021 at approximately 2:45 pm the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a man down on Emerald Mound Road outside of Lebanon, IL in rural St. Clair County.
The Major Case Squad is asking for assistance to identify or locate 2 possible witnesses that were with the victim in St. Louis, MO prior to his death on Friday January 16th. We believe that one, or both, of these individuals could have information as to the actions or whereabouts of the victim Keith Carter on Friday and Saturday.
