MAJOR CASE SQUAD MAKES ARREST IN OLIVETTE HOMICIDE

In relation to the shooting on Highway 170 on Monday November 30, 2020, the Greater St. Louis Major Case Squad has arrested the following individual:

Pittman, Calvin
B/M 30 years old
400 block of Hentschel Place
St. Louis, MO 63135

Calvin Pittman was arrested on the following charges:

COUNT I: Murder, 1st Degree
COUNT II: Armed Criminal Action
COUNT III: Unlawful Use of a Weapon
COUNT IV: Armed Criminal Action
COUNT V: Tampering with Physical Evidence in Felony Prosecution

Pittman was taken into custody on December 3, 2020 by detectives with the Major Case Squad. It was through intensive investigative effort, cooperation with the media and the public, which led to the quick and successful resolution to such a tragic crime.
