The Major Case Squad would like to announce the arrest and charging of one;
Tooley, Donna W/F
51 years of age
related to the death of the victim;
White, Vincent W/M
50 years of age
The activation of the squad occurred on January 27ᵗʰ 2017, at the request of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department and was associated with the human remains that were located on January 10ᵗʰ 2017 in the Chouteau Claim Access – Conservation Area.
The investigation led to the High Ridge area, located within Jefferson County where both the victim and suspect resided.
On Friday 02-03-2017 warrants were obtained through the 23ʳᵈ Judicial Court of Jefferson County, for the following charges:
Murder 2ⁿᵈ Degree
Armed Criminal Action
Tampering with Physical Evidence
with a total cash only bond of $100,000.
On Friday 02-03-2017 at approximately 1820 hours, Donna Tooley was taken into custody without incident.
At this time, Donna Tooley is considered a pre-trial detainee and is presumed innocent.
