Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis

December 10, 2018 – 3:00 PM
On Monday December 10, 2018, at approximately 10:45 am, the Calverton Park Police Department requested activation of The Greater St. Louis Major Case Squad to assist with an investigation wherein one subject was the victims of a suspicious death. Lieutenant Mike Brady, of the Hazelwood Police Department, is the deputy commander assigned.
The deceased subject was located inside of a vehicle at the corner of Barto Drive and New Florissant Road. Calverton Park Police noticed an illegally parked Honda Accord on Barto Drive and upon investigation, discovered a deceased black male subject inside the vehicle.
Investigators are still attempting to determine the identity of the victim, but it does appear to be suspicious in nature.
Currently numerous investigators with The Major Case Squad are investigating the incident and assisting the Calverton Park Police Department.
