The Major Case Squad presented this case to the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office on 07/10/2019. The Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office charged the following subjects with the following offenses:

Corion D. Mosley
21 years of age
1500 block of 5ᵗʰ Street
Madison, IL 62060

and

Torion D. Mosley
21 years of age
1500 block of 5ᵗʰ Street
Madison, IL 62060

Both individuals were charged:

• CT 1: First Degree Murder (Class M)
• CT 2: First Degree Murder (Class M)
• CT 3: Aggravated Battery with a Firearm (Class X)
• CT 4: Aggravated Battery with a Firearm (Class X)
• CT 5: Unlawful Possession of Weapons by a Felon (Class 3)

Both individuals are being held pending $1,000,000.00 bond (10% applies). If they cannot post bond, they will be transported to the Madison County Jail tonight.
