MCS UPDATE: Suspect charged in connection with Pagedale homicide
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued charges on Vincent P. Brooks, 32, of St. Louis for his involvement in the murder of Keith Solomon, 45, of Pagedale. Brooks charges include one count of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution. He is being held at the St. Louis County Justice Services on a $35,000 bond.
At approximately 4:45 a.m. on Dec. 15, Pagedale Police Department received a call of shots fired in the 1400 block of Nixon. Upon arrival, officers found two victims with apparent gunshot wounds. Solomon was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was transported to an area hospital with critical injuries.
The Major Case Squad assisted with the investigation, which has been returned to the Pagedale Police Department.
