The St. Charles Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Daniel Brennan. On 07-13-2010 at approximately 11:20pm, police officers responded to the intersection of Cave Springs and Veterans Memorial Parkway where they found Daniel Brennan (age 23) who had been shot.
As a result of this investigation, the following individuals were charged with Murder 2nd Degree, Robbery 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action in Daniel’s death:
Harvion Cameron (age 20) - Bond $1,000,000
Jeffery Lottie (age 22) - Bond $1,000,000
Ron Rico Patton Jr. (age 15) - Charged as an adult - Bond $500,000
